Comcast Announces Redemption of $575 Million of 6.625% Senior Notes due May 2056

 

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Comcast Corporation announced today that on July 23, 2012, it will redeem all $575 million principal amount outstanding of its 6.625% Senior Notes due May 15, 2056 (CUSIP No. 20030N507) at a redemption price of $25.00 per Note (100.00% of the principal amount thereof), plus accrued but unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date. The Notes are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CCS". The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. is the trustee for the Notes.
