If you’re a direct shareholder receiving your quarterly dividends by paper check, we want to let you know you have access to direct deposit of dividends and dividend reinvestment. If you're an indirect shareholder (meaning you hold stock through a broker), your broker can help you with questions about your dividends.
You can choose to have your dividends deposited directly into a checking or savings account.
To get started, log in to your shareholder account to download the authorization form or fill out and mail in the authorization form that appears on the back of each dividend check mailing.

You can also choose to reinvest some or all of your dividends through our dividend reinvestment program, administered by Wells Fargo Shareowner Services.

When you choose to reinvest your dividends or have them directly deposited into a bank account, you will continue to receive paper dividend statements in the mail each quarter unless you sign up for electronic delivery. With eDelivery, you receive an electronic record indicating the dividends you were paid or that you reinvested each quarter. You can access and download these records online any time through your online shareholder account.
