Direct Shareholders
If you hold physical stock certificates, or if your stock certificates have been electronically registered with our transfer agent, you are a direct shareholder. You can manage your investment and do much more by visiting My Shareholder Account.
Indirect Shareholders
If you hold your stock through a broker, you are an indirect shareholder. Your broker can help you buy or sell shares of Comcast stock or answer questions about your investment. You can sign up for eDelivery of materials through your broker or here.
My Shareholder Account
If you are a direct shareholder, you can register for online access to My Shareholder Account, which will allow you to:
- update the address on your account
- enroll in eDelivery
- reinvest or directly deposit your dividends
- buy or sell shares of Comcast stock when you sign up for the Divident Reinvestment Plan
- download transfer of ownership, tax and other forms
